The Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Transportation Organization (DCHC MPO) has released its initial allocation of local input points for Division Needs projects for the FY2020-29 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The initial list can be viewed at http://www.dchcmpo.org/programs/improvement/tip2029/default.asp#tabs3. Division Needs projects are generally secondary roads, but also includes all bicycle and pedestrian projects, as well as local transit projects.
The public comment period is open from August 22-September 12, 2018. Comments can be made by contacting Aaron Cain at firstname.lastname@example.org or (919) 560-4366 x363443. A public hearing on the Local Input Points allocation for Division Needs projects will be held during the DCHC MPO Board meeting on September 12, 2018 at 9:00 am in the second floor committee room of Durham City Hall, 101 City Hall Plaza, Durham, NC 27701.
